Buddy Belt size 2.5 I can't find size 2.5 anywhere even though the Buddy Belt site lists them. Right now Penny is in a size 2 and I put it at the next to last hole on the pointy end and it feels tight...the very last hole feels too loose. Also, this is the Buddy Belt BBII that she has. Is the real leather softer? Perhaps that would be better if I have to stick to size 2. Any ideas? I need the Buddy Belt because the vet says she has that darn collapsing trachea |
Have you talked to Kristin (Maximo) about finding one ? . . I would message her |

With real leather we always use a product to soften the leather and also use a product to keep good leather supple and not be allowed to dry out. If anyone wants more info just ask - hubby does all the leather stuff in our house |
The Size 2.5 is available now in the current leather colors (non-retired colors). On my boutique website and others, if you see the 2.5 in the size dropdown, that means it is an available color. The best way to determine correct Buddy Belt size is to measure chest girth. Measure snug, directly against the body without adding room. The chest measurements for the two sizes are: Size 2 (10 -12 inches) Size 2.5 (11-13 inches) The leather editions do have more pliability than the non-leather, but chest girth is still most important. |
