Coming Home To Piper Twirling, bouncing, prancing, dashing, whirling, dancing, sliding, scampering; up 'n down, back 'n forth, bounding, careening, pouncing, wiggling 'n wagging~~joy in motion. Welcome to the welcome of a Yorkie.(I thought you were never gonna get here. But I totally knew you'd be back!) |
And there is nothing better!!! Isn't it great to feel loved! |
I love the welcome I get from Teek. I can go downstairs and start a load of laundry and when I come back up he is waiting at the baby gate for me and paws the air and danced at my feet to get me to pick him up. I laugh and say "Teek, I was gone for 2 mins." I pick him up and hug him anyway. The love this Yorkie has for me is intense, but I am still not sure which one of us loves the other one more. It is a pretty close call. |
I love coming home to an excited puppy. Duchess does the exact thing. My last yorkie Brandi (RIP) actually took it to a different level. She would bark for like 5 minutes...it was the only time she ever really barked. I guess she was telling me how her day went and she would tell me everything the cat did. She was such a tattletale I miss her so much. |

Getting home after work:) my favorite time of the day. Just a big ol love fest:D:D:D |
Anna literally cries when I come home. She sits on the edge of the couch and whimpers until I pick her up. It's a high pitched kind of barky cry. Barney and Willie Jack run up to greet me and lick me. They are excited, but nothing like little Anna. |

! Piper now tries to 'smile' when excited, but she usually ends up sneezing, which makes her hair explode! If she does manage to get a smile out, she looks like a little demento-canine-Elvis impersonator. Nothing has ever made me so completely happy or provided the joy that Piper has...Aren't these little mega-personality, super-lovers just magically amazing???!!!! |
