Separation Anxiety Mine, not Sunni's, lol. I have to do an open house today, and its going to be so nice out. I really want to bring her with me so bad, because its a lovely spot on a lake. But, the homeowners don't have a single "pet", so I know its uncool. I notice I really have changed around a lot of things I do lately, so I can bring her with me. Oh well…….gotta work to keep her in her finery, lol. Anyone else this nutty with their baby/ies? |
I *love* having my babies around at all times, and just hate leaving them...so I don't blame you! Whenever I leave the house, I always call out "I love you littles! I'll be right back!" ---- such a dork . |
My husband rolls down the car window and waves to them as we are leaving. I tell him that the neighbor's are going to think we are bonkers. But he doesn't care, he still does it. |

Doodlebug,I think that is so sweet that he wants to wave to them as you are leaving. Who cares what the neighbors think anyway. They just will see he loves his babies. I used to take my Lacey with me when I went to get groceries when weather was nice and I always waved to her when I was coming out of the store and she saw me and I know she liked it so I know your babies like it too. he he. |

That's such a good feeling when their tails wag and they get so excited when you are coming back to the car and pay them attention like you said. I loved to see my Lacey get so happy to see her Mamma. When I was coming out of the store before she saw me I saw her looking out the window to see where I was and THEN----she saw her Momma. Oh Happy Day!! |

I absolutely loved the title of your thread. I definitely see how the separation anxiety is sometimes on our part and not our puppies. My husband and I are equally obsessed about our girl. He is constantly questioning my parenting, lol, and making sure our sweetie feels like the pampered princess that she is. |
Lol….well, I kind of knew I wasn't alone, after all I've read on this forum:) Just nice to be in good company!!! Its so weird, but I lost my dad almost 2 yrs ago, and he LOVED small dogs! I actually say to Sunni, oh Grandpa would love you so much, lol. I'm sure he does:) But, we never had a Yorkie…we had Poodles, Chihauhas, Shih Tzu's, Golden Ret, lots of mutts, but somehow we missed the boat on Yorkies until Sunni!! |
My boyfriend works third and I work during the day so Coop is never alone!!! When I am leaving out of the drive way my boyfriend waves Coops little paw like he is waving back at me lol!!!! Yea we both are crazy over him and he is our child!!!! I honestly didnt think I would be this way when I got him! So yea everything we do revolves around him and we try make sure he can always come with!!! |
