Cowlicks??? :confused:I am not new to Yorkies, but this is my first Parti Yorkie, is it normal for his pink skin to show through his white hair. There is one spot on his lower back that looks like it has very little hair on it. My husband says he has a cowlick in the black part of his hair right next to where it turns white, and laughs when I question him about it. Didn't know if parti's have thinner hair, if its just the pink showing through the white, or if it is a cowlick........ lol I may be paranoid, don't want my baby having a bald spot! It is not irritated or anything and doesn't bother him. |
I have no info for your question but... I had to look up what "cowlick" was. LOL |
LOL, I forget I am from the SOUTH YALL! |

So if you don't call it a "cowlick" what do you call it? LOL, I'm from the south!! Sorry for the hijack OP :D |
1 Attachment(s) Pepper Jack has major cowlick going on. I should have name him Beethoven cause he wild hair just like the composer. Can't do a thing with it. If I comb it down, in two seconds he shakes and there it is again. His pink skin shines through, too. He doesn't have any bald spots, but his hair is thin on his back. |

If I part my dogs hair I can see the pink. But if Im not looking for it like that then I can't really see it. |

A long time ago I purchased a card...It read: I used to be embarrassed by my cowlick...But now I've learned to kiss like everyone else. Cracked me up then (and now). Forgive me!!! |
