Interesting......... I saw a little clip on our news the other night here in Houston.....story about a tiny little Frenchie puppy, looked to be about 6-8 weeks old....and a lady had trained this tiny little puppy to do all sorts of things, like run an obsticle course, ring a bell on command, roll over, play dead, high five, etc.....Thing is, the voice of the trainer sounded AMAZINGLY like the one who is on here from time to time, with a history of all those little tiny yorkies that she has lost, and has tried to break into show business with her current tiny pup and is apparently very successful on YouTube with her super trained little tiny yorkie.... I am wondering if she has moved onto tiny little French Bull Dogs......??? Someone told me people that put videos up on YouTube that go viral, actually get paid for each hit on those videos.....but it was another "senior citizen" who is about as computer saavy/high tech saavy as I am, so she may have that info all "backerds"!!!! Is that true, that you get paid for views on your YouTube videos? |
Funny you should ask this. A member told me everytime I viewed Misa the yorkie's U-TUBE video the girl got paid. I never knew that, but I think you have to have like a classified ad with U-TUBE that you pay for. ohhh modern technology |
I saw that, too, and thought the same thing. Would not surprise me to find out it is Cess. :( And, I don't know about being paid for videos on You Tube. |
Anyone can make money with YouTube videos with a Google AdSense account. I've read that it is about $1.00 per 1,000 views. Takes a lot of viewers to make a significant amount of money. |
|
Yes, you get paid. But I heard the video has to be watch a certain number of times before you start getting money. Grumpy Cat made the people a small fortune. |
I just wish I could train puppies as easily and as well as she does!!! I wonder what in the world her "secret" to doing this, is!!!!! These babies are sooooooooo young! I managed to train one litter I had, to sit on command, but that is simple.....does anyone know what this lady does does for a living??? Is she a "stay at home mommie" that can sit there all day long, doing nothing but training these babies? Does she have a "real, money making job" to finance her living arrangements and these babies? Perhaps she is a professional trainer??? She SHOULD be if she isnt!!!! |
Cess graduated UCI with a marketing major. I think she planned this all along. As far as I know, Frenchies are one of the few breeds that are more expensive than yorkies. Was this the reason she got rid of her "fosters". She needed the room for another money maker. "fosters" don't make her money. And yes, people with viral videos DO get paid. I saw a clip on the news about this family that has the kids do reviews on toys. They said the amount of money they get in is "unbelievable" |
That video has 568,000 views. Some of her earlier videos have over a million views, so no doubt money is being made on YouTube. That video was showing just four days of training. I really don't know what goes on there, but a young puppy should get lots of rest and playtime and also be very loved, protected, and nurtured. I hope both Brody and Misa know the kind of lives that every baby deserves to have. |
You have got to be kidding me! I think I'm going to completely throw up! I can't even put all the things I am thinking into words! So has she thrown Misa away for is she trying to do both? |

Once again I will have to refrain from saying what is in my heart...except that this is just too sad for these pups. :unlove: |

I think I saw the age of the Frenchie as 12 wks old. But still, I suppose my pups at 8wks know come, and sit. Are almost house trained. But do not ring the bell, or crawl on command, or shake paws. I hear from here she has some sort of unsavory history. But here is what I liked that I saw and heard. Cushioning and a non-slip surface for the pup to be on. The lilt of her voice. The reward based training. I do hope she is not over-training. Short 2-5 minute sessions several times per day is okay. Combined with walks and other things. All very short even for a 3month old toy breed. In summary I guess she must have lots of time to do these things, as well as someone who knows how to video and edit the stuff. |
So Cess could not afforded eye surgery or anything but then suddenly could by an expensive French bull dog hmmmm wonder how she did that? Oh wait she had a fun raiser for her "eyes" mmmhmm enough said. |
It's the history of it all that strikes a nerve with us all. Lilo's ER bill was more than paid for by donations. She said she couldn't pay for it bc she was a poor college student. Two months later she gets a new yorkie puppy Misa. How did she pay for her? Then she claims she is going blind and sells t shirts with a cartoon pic of Misa on it. She rakes in almost $16,000. I guess her surgery wasn't that expensive bc now she bought a Frenchie. Oh yeah, but not before getting rid of two "fosters", which she claims she had to get rid of bc of her eyes. |
Those poor pups is all I can say....is there no end? Frenchis do not come cheep....and this ine is tiny as well? I have no words.... |
I was looking at the list of dog videos on YouTube this morning after viewing my friend's dog video. The video of Brody had 568,000 views yesterday, and today it has almost 992,000 views. Among the articles written about Brody's first video is one written in the UK, so Cess gets a lot of press. If these babies lead happy, well taken care of lives with love, protection, exercise, playtime, and proper nutrition, I wouldn't care. But it's the history that scares me, the repetitive buying of tinies, the manipulation of people, attention seeking behavior, and the videos of Misa that look so sad that upsets me deeply. I don't know for sure about anything other than the history, since that's laid out in black and white on YT in Cess' own words, and I like to always give people the benefit of the doubt. But all of these things together unnerve me and have me worried about those pups. I can't say those pups aren't loved, but still I worry. Cess certainly enjoys the attention due to all the build up about Brody on her site. Instead of showcasing my talents on YouTube and all of that intense training, I'd want to spend the time just loving my pup and making him/her feel safe and protected in his brand new home, but some training is good, I guess, because it creates a bond. I hate to be condemning Cess without really knowing all of the facts, and I'm not sure it's right posting this. The truth is the only thing I know for sure is the history of losing so many pups in a short period of time and about the donations for Lilo and Cess' eyes. The rest is just a very sad feeling I have about these pups who deserve to be loved, treated like gold, given lots of attention, playtime, exercise, great nutrition, and protection. If all of those needs are met ( and not just the basic needs), I wish her well, even if she is making money, as long as that is not their purpose in her life. I just can't get rid of this horrible feeling I have every time I see Lilo's sad looking eyes. Katie gives me eyes like that when she is having a bath, but when we play, train, or just interact, I see the most beautiful sparkle in Katie's eyes, and there's no hiding that she is a deeply loved and happy little girl. |
