If you could have only 1 grooming tool.. which would it be?!! I think my ULTIMATE favorite thing that I have bought for Chloe's hair is the 006 CC Buttercomb. If I could have only 1 thing, this would definitely be it. LOVE this comb. I use my bigger Madan combs to do a finishing type of combing but the 006 is my favorite  I guess I would also need my shears lol. What's your favorite? |
I'm no groomer by any sense of the imagination but I googled and that looks just like one I bought at a dog show, LOVED and eventually lost! I miss it every time I comb their hair with an inferior comb! This is the one, right? http://groomerspro.com/FaceButtercom...ristensen.aspx |
I want one of those combs |

I LOVE this comb. I don't know what they did to it to make the hair go through it like butter but it's amazinggg. |
Yes, the greyhound comb made in Belgium is the best I have ever had. I the kind you posted for Bentley's face. I have another one that is wide spaced teeth for his body to get through to his skin and make sure there are no tangles. Love this comb and I am sure there are companies like Cherrybrook etc. that sell them online. |
The CC Buttercomb 006 is also my favorite, but the Madan mustache comb is also great at a much cheaper price. I just ordered another Buttercomb this weekend at Showdogstore.com because there was a coupon and also the non sale price was cheaper ($27 vs. $32). The shipping was high, though. I have a few Madan mustache combs (one upstairs, downstairs, the car, and my pocket book). They are also great, and they are only $8.50 at Jenny's site. My husband uses a large Buttercomb 000, and I also purchased a Buttercomb 12 to try for Katie. I have spent a ridiculous amount on grooming tools, not to mention shampoos and conditioners. I think I'm done for a while. My second favorite grooming items are my CC wooden pin brushes. |
The buttercomb, for sure!!! Definitely buy them from Jenny and toplinepet.com! She is wonderful. |
