Is Any Ones Yorkie Like This I don't know how people have more than one yorkie. Okay can any ones yorkie beat this. I have been home since 5 and this is what I have taken from Sammie. A quarter, husbands pants, husbands wallet, newspaper, rock, cat poop, husbands watch. sock. bag full of ice, rabbits poop, napkin, plate, bark mulch, stick, eye glasses, ornament, my pecketbook, orange juice carton, gingerale can, my daughters homework, five dollars. Yes I do have lots and lots of toys for him. You can't even see my living room floor!! I think I might start putting his toys in all different areas of the house so maybe he thinks he is getting something good!! I play fetch with him and he runs around the back yard on and off all day long. |
Lol wont work my boy will find anything he can. Keeps me and my husband hopping. I think he gets board his sis wont play moms on ipad and dads watching tv. Mine lookes on tables to just find and grab anything letters , wrapers i could go on and on. If that dont work and im on my ipad then he get right in my face and licks my eyes. So i grab him up and smooch him back lol |
Both sound like healthy normal yorkies to me lol. My last girl was into mischief up until age 14 y/o. Took my chap sticks, cig. lighters, had to make sure kitchen chairs were under table other wise she would get up on the table looking for trouble, how I miss that lil girl and all her mischievous lil antics. |
I believe we have the same Yorkie.. My Prada is the same way. Shoes, bras, pants, underwear, dust pan, sticks, hair bows, stocks (stink ones her fav), collars, shoe strings, my daughter dolls, chip bags, you name it she's probably had it. And has plenty of her own toys |
Lola is like this. We've had 4 other dogs in my life time (1 yorkie) and 4 other dogs (3 yorkies) before I was born, all were bought as puppies, Lola is the only one that does this. The brattiest thing she does is she'll find something TINY on the floor (tiny piece of paper, fake pine needle from the christmas tree, etc) and she'll sit in front of me and make a big deal out of chewing it and licking her lips. Getting into everything is the only thing she does that drives me nuts, mostly because I'm afraid she'll get sick or hurt. She knows "leave it" but it only works if I say it before she has the item, and she'll only drop it for a treat. The plus side? I've stuck my fingers in her mouth so many times she's not fazed by tooth brushing lol. |
Sounds like you need to do some puppy proofing some of that stuff could really hurt him. |
Glad I am not the only one that has a crazy pup!! Last night was actually a little better. I hurt my foot so maybe he sensed that!! LOL |
sticky paws My older boy rocky is 3 years old and he has tons of toys and he instead loves to steal my pen, slippers, pull my socks off, take my bra. He loves tearing up paper towels and if the toilet paper is in reach he will grab it and run with it in his mouth and now has a trail of toilet paper across my house. And if I seem him and chase him he runs under my bed because he knows I don't fit under there to grab whatever it is that he took. He is a silly boy that one. |
My new baby Paris is a handful. She has had tons of toys from day one but prefers to chew on everything else including me lol. This morning I dropped my toothbrush and before I could bend down to pick it up she had got it and ran and hid with it. Puppies are fun lol |
Sophie will grab anything she shouldn't. Before we go outside we have to put everything up that she can get too (water glasses, paper napkins, any type of paper, etc... ) She will jump in our recliners and look on the table between them to see what she can get. That is why we started putting everything up to a higher level when we are outside. Sophie is our first Yorkie and when we first got her we realized boy do we have a lot to learn. She is now 13 months and she still will surprise us with the things she does. |
Gave me a laugh! He sounds just like my golden retriever puppy today! I sympathize with ya! |
This post made me laugh, thank you :) |
