Well temp was up to 25 today and they did good. Boo still shivered they were to busy looking for people in the complex to bark at. |

Im on Long Island- it gets cold, but not as bad as other parts of the country- He gets a sweater and a vest over it-and a brisk walk down the block...BUT- we also got him the Tinkle Turf-for when its too bad...he understands that he is 'allowed' to go on that... |
We're on day 7 of snow and subzero (Celsius) temps and Dexter seems to be acclimating well! back to business as usual on our 4x a day walks unless the temp is colder than about -15c and windy. Then he's a bit hesitant and asking to be picked up. He'll still do his 'thing' but it's a very quick walk. One thing he's REALLY missing is the other people and dogs he used to see on his walks...as the weather changes, we encounter fewer people so he's absolutely overjoyed when we meet anyone on the street :) |
Lol our babies can be real stinkers. I was just thinking what would our babies think if they lived in buffalo. It was. Really nice today pups were happy. Ice on the way no outside for me. Cant take chance in falling. So hope their 16 feet leases give them enough walk. I just love my yorky. Do not know why i waited so long to get one. |
