Are blueberries safe to eat? They remind me of grapes for some reason, which is why I've been scared to feed them to Chloe. I see a lot of dog treats have blueberries, though. Are blueberries safe to feed? |
Yes! A few of mine didn't like them bc I guess the skin holds in the sweet smell, but a few LOVED them. Blueberries are very healthy. You are right. No grapes or raisins. |
My girl loves blueberries and apples. She really loves all fruit except bananas. |
Blueberrys are fine but like with all things moderation. |
I have to cut them before mine seem interested, but once I do that, they love them. They are added to many dog foods now, they have antioxidant capacities. I agree with Lovetodream, moderation is important and start only with one. Your dog can handle many foods if you start them slowly. |
Yes, they are one of the main fruits in Acana dog food and Teddy loves blueberries and cranberries! |
My Niko starts crying when he sees them, although he prefers them frozen. |
