should i be concern? Ninja has been a pooping machine. He poops 3-4 times a day, normal hard brown poop. There were a few times when he would poop then run to different area and poop again. He is 9 months old and weighs 4lbs. He is a eating machine but still super thin. You can feel his bones when holding him. He eats twice a day with snacks of mango, carrots, cucumbers and bananas in between. Is my little guy is just a pooping machine? Wonder if we are feeding him too much? He was also neuter 2 weeks, vet said he is healthy. He loves to eat bugs and rabbit poops. We keep close eyes on him. I even pick up any rabbit poops i see so he wont eat it. I know he ate a few rabbit poops. Thanks. |
Teddy is like Ninja and poops 3 times a day. When he was a puppy, it was often 4 times. He has a high metabolism and was very thin as a puppy. I think as long as Ninja is doing well and checks out okay at the vet, no need to worry. It's just the way his system operates. |
Did the vet check Ninja's stool before he was neutered? |
No she did not. I emailed the vet as well. Just waiting to hear from her. Thanks maximo and magaritaville. |
I agree with Joan, a stool check is a very good idea. Also wanted to add, keep Ninja away from those rabbit poops. They can carry diseases like Lepto. Excessive rabbit droppings is one of the many reasons we can't use our backyard. :( |
my yorkies stomach growling My yorkies stomach is growling not loud but when I put my ear on her stomach I can hear it growling and I'm a little concend about that because she eats freely and she swollows allot but she's not thirsty why is this |

Different pups have different poo schedules. When was the last stool specimen checked? |

Growling stomach could be an indication of more serious issues that should not be taken lightly.. you really should check with your vet perhaps get a bloodwork done. |
Maybe this will help you. I noticed Kaji poops more and more often when he eats a lot of snacks like the ones Ninja eats. Fresh fruits and veggies just make him go more. If he only eats his regular dog food, he poops really small pellets 1-2 times a day. |
