The AKC cannot kick them out as long as the miller is abiding by their state laws and some states have very lax laws. Also, I should say, not every YTCA breeder is good either, you have to get to know them and know what to look for. I recommend YTCA because they are in almost every state and it is possible to visit them in person, so you can see for yourself how the dogs are being treated. There are many good breeders who aren't members, but you should always get to know the breeder and visit the home in person. |
