Teeth Galen was dropped off today at the vet for a dental cleaning and two teeth pulled . . .i am beside myself. . . I hate having to have him put under. |
Awww, hang in there hon...he will do GREAT, just great. Keep breathing and just visualize him doing fine and giving you kisses when he sees you next. He is a healthy little boy, so there will be no problems! :) |
Teri, you have more than your share of stress about your babies. Galen is going to be great. How is Guildenstern today? Is he eating? Looking forward to hearing your little boy is home. Daddy must be busy making signs for him. :) |

LOL I don't know if The Daddy is going to make signs for him . . I spoke to The Daddy he said I guess I have to get on it .;) Thanks Guildenstern ate a little dry food this morning about 4 am. He ate some wet food this morning. Did not want any more food. So I am a little worried. I hope he is just full from the morning. |

I know how scary it can be but if you have complete trust in your vet that means that he is in good hands. Keep us posted ! |

Update ! Galen did really well. It turned out that he still had two puppy teeth in his mouth ! I am so glad it wasn't his adult. So totally all the puppy teeth removed was 19 !!!!!!! that is a lot of teeth . . .he just did not want to part with those puppy teeth. After an hour of being home he whined for some food. ( he thinks he is meowing like the kitties ) lol I fed him 1/2 and just gave him the other. . . Thank you everyone for your concern we send hugs and puppy kisses ! |
Yay Galen!! I am very happy to hear he is home and wanted to eat. That is great news. That is a whole lot of puppy teeth! Seems like the smaller the pup, the more they retain teeth. My neighbor's girl is tiny like Galen and she had to have ALL of her baby teeth removed by the vet at 1 year of age. |
