Oh Heather,

I'm so glad to hear things are going well. You sound much happier and Lil Maddie is just precious, fri Feb 3 I got a 13 week old yorkie boy and I think I found him his future girlfriend ;) :D

I hope you can see the pictures, Duncan is the one on the left of the pepsi can.

Hi everyone! I know...it's been a while! Well, I just wanted to share a new pic of Lil Maddie. Last weekend, we took a little visit to see Mary (bugaboo's mom) and her daughter Tara shot this cute little picture of her. She'll be 9 weeks tomorrow. Looking back at all the pics in this thread, it's amazing to see how far she has come. She's doing so great! She has a fiesty little personality. Yesterday, my boyfriend rang the doorbell when we came home (he does it to excite monkey...don't ask...I don't know. Monkey doesn't even bark), and we heard her start barking like crazy. We were totally shocked. We thought it was so cute, but we have to stop that little doorbell habit now...LOL! Anyway, here she is! I also included a picture of Monkey (her daddy). It was taken the same day. I just think he looks so pretty. Thanks again for the pics Mary!

Thanks so much! I think Lil Maddie is starting to resemble her daddy a little in the face. It's so hard to tell at this age. She definitely has her mommy's ears and personality 100%. She has just been such a blessing and such a joy! :heart to

Little Maddie and her daddy Monkey are so adorable. Im so happy that Little Maddie is growing and doing so well. She is a doll. :)

OKAY...Lil Maddie just had her first photo shoot today!!! She did so well!! Mommy (me) had to go to work today. I had to leave in the middle of the day to go get the girl. Well, needless to say, everyone fell in love with Lil Maddie. She may be in "Self" magazine in the next month. My photographer is going to send the pics we took today. It was sooooo cute and very "country club". It was me and Lil Maddie with a bow around her neck and I had a glass of champangne. VERY preppy DIVA...LOL!

I can't wait to see if they decide to use it. Regardless if they do or not, I'll still get the prints and I can post them. She's going to have fans already at such a young age!! :p

Just an update from a long time passed...Me, Monkey and Lil Maddie are doing great! We have just come back to YT after spending our time becoming a new family. We will always miss Big Maddie, but we have also begun a very strong bond together over the past year and a half.

I just got done reading over this thread from the beginning to the end. I read every single message on this thread, and I just want to thank all of you SO MUCH for being such a great strength for me during this time of my life. You all really made such a difference...such a great support.

We really have a wonderful family here on YT. We're sorry for leaving when we did...we just had a lot of healing to do. When Lil Maddie got big enough to hold and play with, that's all I could do. We just needed to bond and heal. We hope you understand.

I will post pics of Lil Maddie all grown up. You can see what a beautiful girl she has grown to be. Every bit like her mommy...but so much like her daddy too!!
We missed you all so much!! Big hugs and kisses! xoxo

Wow! That's so great. When I saw your thread -- then saw the date -- I wondered what became of that baby!

Having her had to help ease the loss of mama, but I can only imagine how devastating that was for you. SO glad it has gone well and can't wait to see her pictures!:)

Hi Heather, I have been gone for some time, too. I was so happy to get a notice that you had posted as I wondered how you, Lil Maddie and Monkey were doing. I am happy to see all is well and send you a big hug from me and a kiss from Vivi. Vivi has been feeling great lately....she has a severe liver shunt that was discovered after you left YT. We have had some close calls but at the moment she is a happy and active pup. We celebrated her 3rd birthday in June....something the doctors said would never happen.She is my miracle dog and I am grateful for whatever time we have. I know you can appreciate that thought. Welcome back!:)

Welcome back, Heather! The longest day that I live, I will never forget your Maddie! I have thought of you and her little miracle gift often ... I am so happy to see you back and am looking forward to hearing all about Lil Maddie and seeing pictures! ;)

Sorry, this picture is a little old, but I just got a mac and am in the process of learning how to use it. So I had to get this from my old computer. She hasn't changed much from this! She says hi to her YT family!

I just read your whole story - how touching. she is beautiful !!!!!! How much does she weigh now? She seemed so tiny in your pics. And OMG!!! the eating pictures were the BEST!!!!!!! I loved them!!! I laughed out loud.

She is just gorgess :)

She weighs about 3.5 lbs now...she's a year and a half. She's not going much further than that I guess. She is a perfect healthy little girl with much personality...and attitude when she wants to show some...lol.:D
