I think the floppy tips are just adorable. Very cute like that. |
Was her tone nasty or condescending? If not, I wouldn't take it as anything bad. At the vet's office today the pup ahead of Cook and I was maybe a 4 lbs or so yorkie, and I told her owners what a beautiful little yorkie they had. I hope my saying little didn't get interpreted wrong. |

I understand how you feel as I have gone thru people making comments about my Sophie's color and her legs are long too. Don't pay any attention to what they say.. Your baby is beautiful! |
I read on this site that the long legged are called "Models". One of the cutest pups I saw a few months ago at Petsmart was a rescue from YHR in Louisiana. Her new owners drove there to adopt her. She was 1/2 Chihuahua and 1/2 Yorkie. She had a short body with long beautiful legs. She was absolutely stunning and I bet your baby is too! Post pictures!!!!! |
Years ago I had a woman come up to me Petsmart when Pebbles (now 7) was a puppy with her Yorkie who was maybe 4 lbs. I was all proud and happy to have my baby out with me and Pebs was all happy to see her little one. This woman immediately started on how Pebs was not a true yorkie, she was sooooo big, etc, etc, etc while I stood there with a half smile on my face feeling like a fool. After she was done I asked her were she got her Yorkie from and she proudly said PETLAND and how they buy from local breeders and she was show quality.....on and on she went. I should have just totally bagged her right then and there but back then I was a YT newbie and not as experienced as I am today. The point of my long drawn-out story is people run their mouths and have no idea what they are talking about or even how hurtful they can be. It would be like going up to a strange and announcing their kid was not well bred....could you even imagine? |
Well she was not nasty just chuckling/laughing as she was saying how tall he is..his legs are 8 in long |
