Wants to greet everyone then onto the next person Does anyone else have a yorkie like this? Lola wants to greet everyone, but she only wants a moment of attention ("aww what a beautiful yorkie!" *sniff* *small rub* *maybe a lick* NEXT PERSON!). Usually if the person does more than that Lola turns around and climbs my shoulder. If the person doesn't do that greeting she gets offended. She's the same way with most dogs, she wants to run over, greet them, maybe play for a few seconds, then she's done. In petsmart she's absolutely frantic, she wants to run up to everyone (human and dog) to greet them, then go onto the next admirer. She's different with people she knows and people at my house, they get a much longer greeting and usually end up with a yorkie on their lap or in their arms. |
Lol what a cutie! Yup, Wylie is kind of like that too - I *swear* his mission in life is to meet as many people as possible! |

The greeting people bit doesn't surprise me, the thing I think is weird is how quickly her switch flips. She goes from being beside herself with desire for the persons attention to DONE in a second. |
Joel is all over people when they come in the house but when we're out he acts shy and doesn't like much attention. When Roxy is out with us he gets no attention lol so he likes that. |
Abbi bounces back and forth from person to person until she's done. You might get two or even three greetings, but when she's done, she's DONE. |

Max thinks everyone should stop to greet him. Unlike Lola, he wants to spend more time with most people. The person is not allowed to move along until Max gives permission. |
My little Prada is VERY friendly too. I always said if she got lost she would be just fine because she loves everybody..pray to God that never happens. But I think it's just their breed.. They're so playful with who ever. |
