I'm embarrassed to say.... I like my yorkie more than some people's kids.:eek: Ok there I said it, I know I'm a horrible person.:rolleyes:. But seriously I kept one of my neighbors kids since she's a single soldier and was having problems with her regular daycare provider and the whole time I felt terrible because I had to crate Rasta(he doesn't like babies). So I decided right then and there I couldn't babysit anymore because of how it was effecting "my baby". *Sigh* Am I pitiful or what.:mtongue: |

Oh, you must be young. I learned long ago that I'd never agree to babysit a little human. BTW, I have never in my life changed a diaper---YAY! |

I've had my kids, oldest is 30, done my time lol.(They can visit...if they have too lol(love my kids really) So no more kids here, my yorkies are my babies now. They live here and their welfare is my priority. Do whats right for you and yours, no guilt or regrets. |
Me too! But I guess I go even further because I like mine more than most people not just kids! |
I guess I qualify for the horrible list. I prefer pups over some ppl as well kids. I have a plaque in my house it reads "the more I get to know some ppl, the more I like my dogs". This is true. |

I actually really like kids, but I like my Draco more. I also like him better than a lot of people too haha. No seriously, I had a friend I'd invite to sleep over after a night out or event or something here because she lives an hour and a half a way, but I stopped inviting her over because she didn't want Draco to sleep in the room let alone the bed! :o SO yeah, all my close friends are big huge dog people and being a dog person or atleast a lover dogs if they like cats is a must in new friends haha. |

Same here, I always put my yorkie first. I make no excuses about it either. Incidentally, I had a falling out of sorts with a relative partly because of my priority. She and her child are no longer welcome in my home. |
Yorkies are MUCH better than human children. Infinitely. |
