Haha shocking? Lol. :p

I have 3 (but not all yorkies....1 yorkie, 1 papillon, 1 poodle mix, all girls). It's a little harder than 2 but not much, and they all adore each other.

And as far as the marking, my female poodle mix marks outside on walks, but not in the house, so it's not just the boys who do it

I have 4 and don't even notice a difference. It's more puppy kisses and snuggles. It's more baths and food too, but the kisses and snuggles make up for it.

I have been weighing this out as I read through all of the posts, thinking of my own five children and thinking of times when our livestock levels varied - both different situations but with a similar concept in mind and ya know, in so many of the different scenarios I considered when I applied them to dogs it just nullified my concern every time. Like the personal one on one time- it can be pretty challenging to get with your kids but that is because you have to find childcare for the remaining children (which is challenging enough to do for the group wen you have a dr appt or school is out for the day let alone rotating them) but we have baby gates and squeaky toys and çhews for our yorkie babies and I loved the three dogs comment where someone mentioned that if tue took one dog out for one on one time that the remaining two were always there to be each others buddies- how great! And issues with goats and sheep etc like fencing and grazing are also not issues because they live side by side in your home. I think if you are up for it- especially the grooming, then go for it. I also liked the three years apart recommendation. Can't wait to hear how this goes, either way :)

Well I'm leaning toward go for it right now. Having a hard time finding any in my area! But I'm not giving up yet!

I am very excited for you!! I am at my max at two because I take them everywhere, but it's true... If you have three, you can take one and not feel as guilty because the ones left at home have each other.

Well I can not give you an opinion on three but I can give you an opinion on boys :D. I definitely think boys are sweeter. Galen is a lover. Also all boys do not mark. Galen does not mark in the house. And he doesn't lift his leg lmbo. He is a squatter. Which I am good with. I vote for a little boy !

I'm jealous, wish I could have another but traveling with 2 is hard enough when you need to fly. One for each of us and I don't know how we could possibly fly with three.

i am babysitting a 3rd right now. He's not a yorkie and he's 20 lbs, so he's a lot bigger than my boys...but having 3 is definitely more of a handful than 2...especially when you have all boys. I take them on walks and we've got the pee train. They all line up to take turns marking everything.

I thought about getting a 3rd, as I really want a little girl and i wanted to get one more so Prince would always have a buddy to stay home, while the other 2 take turns going out...but right now, with the potty training issues I am already having with my boys and the fact that I don't have a fenced in back yard, I just don't feel right getting a 3rd.

I have three... four most of the time because my dd leaves her Ace here. My dh LOVES no.... LOVES x 100... Ace so all is good.

The hard part is traveling, if you have more then one or possible two traveling is hard. Of course I can only travel by car because two are bigger dogs and will not put them in cargo.

Well since I go no where ..... Haha

I'm within driving distance so if you ever decided to come, you could just bring them in the car....

Together we'd have 7. And then we can get LadyJane up from Houston and all the other Texas people. And of course Lynzy, cause we can't have her getting stuck in elevators and such.....The more the merrier I say!
