Charlies first hotel stay 3 Attachment(s) Here is charlie at his first hotel stay (Econo lodge) he really gave the room the once over but settled in nicely, he has been very good no barking and while he likes the king size bed, he somehow stuck like glue to me all night. (so much for spreading out) |

Charlie is 7 my fear was that with all of the cars coming and going and people walking by the door that he would be barking all nite but barely a peep out of him I am so proud. |

I too was expecting lots of barking, but I felt the place overawed her, that said there was a lot of sniffing and snorting! I think she'll be OK in the hotel, which is a 'dog friendly' place and we're staying in a little lodge in the grounds... |
Well this being our first hotel experience i can say that Econo Lodge is very pet friendly they played with him when i checked in and talked to him all playful i was very impressed |
I expected nothing less than that from Charlie Brown--the best boy doggy ever (according to Dolly)!!!! Are you on a fun trip? |
Charlie looks like he's having a good trip and checking out his surroundings. Don't dogs just love to explore a new place - even if they are a little in awe of the new place they want to check out the new digs and see whose all been there before. Tibbe goes nuts in new places just running to and fro sniffing his nose off, seeking who knows what. Charlie takes a great picture in every view. |
Omg 2 Attachment(s) LOL ok so i went to pick up some dinner (I put the do not disturb sign on the door) when I came back look what I found.... isnt he hilarious!!! |
How precious! He's such a darling boy. He found a way to get as close to you all as possible and watch what was going on outside. These clever little things are so smart and inventive so they can be as involved as possible and see all that's going on!!! I'd be scared to death somebody would break in the door and get him but the only other alternative is to keep him in the bathroom or in his crate and neither one seems a palatable way to leave our dog while we are out and about enjoying ourselves. When I still worked, I would sometimes come home from work and Tibbe would be stretched out asleep on the living room window sill, in full view to the world at large, having watched out the window for me until he just gave up the ghost and went to sleep! No idea how long he'd been there. Needless to say, he got a 10-minute long greeting/hugging/kissing session the moment I got in the door - even if his lying in full view of the world scared me! |

How adorable!! He sure did make himself comfortable & made it his home! Now you've learned you must never try to sneak him into a motel!! |

This is such a Yorkie thing to do--he's adorable! The look on his face seems like, "I can't believe you actually left me in here!" |
Aww he is such a cutie. He was a very good boy at the hotel. Galen and I went to a hotel this winter and stayed with friend and her dog. He had the best time. Running around and playing. I thought he would bark and be nervous but no. He made me proud. |
