Eric Nielsen with Southern Stone County Fire says crews were called out to a property off H Highway, where a dog was reportedly trapped beneath a concrete slab. When firefighters arrived, Nielsen says, they discovered the miniature Yorkie in a groundhog den. Nielsen states his crew freed the pup, Thor, in just over 30 minutes. Thor was returned to his owners without injury shortly after. Way to go, everyone! |
