A good enzyme cleaner is a must when housebreaking a pet. No matter how much you clean with regular cleaners they can still smell it. Mine were both really easy to train but we made sure to clean each and every time with Natures Miracle every time. They were both trained within a couple months after we got them. |

But thank you anyway for the reply! |
Thanks EVERYONE for the replies. We've had a pretty good weekend, one accident only. (Well, one that we've found!) But again, it begs the question, why is he only 90% reliable?! It seems to me that either they "get it" or they don't?! The inconsistency baffles me!!! I've always been a cat person.... show them the kitty litter once and voila' -- they HAVE it, every time from that day on! (Barring illness or something else unusual.) This back-n-forth business with Brody is so frustrating!!! And getting old!!! |
dog When God created Yorkies He made them extra cute! Your little fella is adorable. I must tell you my JoJo has that marking problem too. I ordered a pee band for him. I keep him and Spud in the kitchen area with a dog door to the outside when I am gone. I put a pee pee pad out on the fence. Now that dog will use that but sometimes I find pee on his bed blanket or other places. I have given up. He usually will do that when I go out. Probably separation anxiety. Your home should not smell like pee. You may have to get a pee band and put his little furbutt in that. JoJo will be sporting one as soon as it comes. I ordered it from inthecompanyofdogs.com I love that site! Hope you can stop Sir Lift a Leg! |
