Compliment - "Oh, that smells so good!" Just about to head outside for some weekend yard work, Robyn's cooking something, I tell her: "Oh, that smells so good!". She tells me: "I'm cooking chicken bones for Gucci's food...." I respond: "Ahhh, FAWK!" LOL We both laugh! The dog eats as good as I do! LOL Probably better... :p Have a good day, what's left of it... Heading out to snip some blackberry bushes in the cold... :animal36 |
She doesn't get the actual bones does she? Just the food flavored by the bones? Cooked chicken bones are very dangerous. |
My husband complains that the pups eat better than he does--and he's right! |

We used to laugh about the pups eating better than us. Sadly, now what they are older their lttle tummies seem to be sensitive to human food so we can only give them a little bit now and then. They do enjoy it too. |
Lol...sounds like our house...the dogs eat WAY better than we do. I'll be eating cereal for dinner, and they'll be gnawing on fresh Bison rib bone . I wish I was my dog. |
sooooo true!!! I have more pictures of my Remy on my phone then my girls!!! I home cook for the dogs, my dh gets leftovers  In truth I home cook for him too:D |
Well I do say the human family eats pretty well too. Today I am making Rouladen for tomorrows dinner and I bought a couple of pieces of beef just for the pups. Tonight we are having salmon, and there is a nice juicy section just for the pups. I don't season their meat or fish, but I do gently cook. Our foursome is already up in the kitchen awaiting Mom's return. Magic is so smart he knows when cooking implements come out, the cooking is not too far behind;) And that is my fault, I have always allowed them to have a slice or two of what ever vege I am working with (no onions though), and sometimes a little taste of the cooked meat/fish. They make great company in the kitchen, and now that Dara has been trained not to jump up and down on my leg or to try to scale my leg when I'm cooking it is much easier on me:) |
