Excitement!!!! Wow, Milo just finished his FOURTH meal, yes, i said it and I MEANT it:D LOL! His FOURTH meal today. I never thought he would do it, but he did. And then, after I praised him for eating his yummies, he started to eat his kibble. Boy did he have a good dinner tonight. What a difference a little sprinkle of this and that makes on his Halshans after it is warmed. Boy, I'm telling you, it gave him an appetite to eat the kibble he has been ignoring for ten days. I'm Psyched!!!:D YEAH!!!! |
Wow, just saw this thread. Was worried when I started reading, but now relieved that he is finally eating. The sprinkle of parmesan and/or chicken liver should entice him to eat consistently. I would have Nutrical on hand for low blood sugars...but try to keep him on a well balanced food. Sounds like you have Mr Milo under control...hope he thrives on this. |

Izzy is pretty finicky about her eating too, but she does seem to like Nutro Ultra kibble and the wet food in the small plastic containers. |
dog When I eat, the Yorkies want to eat. I give them Wellness Super5mix complete health. It is chicken based. I put a little canned Wellness Chicken Stew in it. They love it. They better because that is all they get. Once a week they get a little hard boiled egg. That is it. This food is tasty and they seem to like it. Wellness is a very high quality food. My poodle breeder gives her show dogs this food. The coats are shiny and healthy. Hope your Yorkie likes it! I do give Newmans Chicken strips, a little bite for a treat. That is all. |

Milo has just eaten eight meals in a row on his own without coaxing or pleading. Four yesterday and four today, plus whatever kibble he'll eat. YES!!!! I think we are going to be okay;):D |
Thank goodness...the little munchkin needed some real nourishment so he can thrive. |
