Question for Buddy Belt Owners
 
I have two buddy belts for Avery now. Dogzilla and Candy Apple Red. Am considering getting a third that goes with pretty much everything and can't make up my mind between the Blackberry or the Knight. Anyone have those two out there and have an opinion. Avery is cream colored with light to medium silver along his back (there are a few areas that are dark silvery black grey along his back also but they are smaller areas).

Can't help. I have 3... Wait no... 4 buddy belts for Kaji. Black, red, Natural untreated leather (super soft!!) and Blue. Don't know he official names of the black and blue one. The blue one is like a dodger blue and the black one has some texture to it. I think I'm going to get a mocha one next!

Hahaha yea I will be of no help what so ever :-) I have the tropical sea, golden slither, and the olive I think? If I had it my way I would own them all :-) so yea, oh hey I have an idea, get them both :-D that's my opinion and prolly what I would do lol. See no help at all HAHAHAHA .

Hey you know the olive is a slightly silvery with kind of a shimmer to it and would probably look amazing with his color, it actually looks more silver than olive in my opinion and its one of the really soft leather ones, I think like the natural :-)

Knight and Blackberry are both great choices. Knight is like a slate black with a hint of shimmer. Blackberry is a patent leather, more shiny, with a crocodile texture. Both are very soft leather, Knight maybe even a little more so.

Well, obviously I'm no help, I want them all! :D After reading Kristin's description of the Knight and Blackberry, I want those too! Lol

I just got a mocha one and I love it!!

Oh the black one with the texture to it might be the blackberry that I'm interested in. Did you get it recently? Because I think that was a new Fall color.

I want to get a matching collar also. If I read correctly though, it looks like the collar only comes in the blackberry not the knight color? Also when you pick a collar size and it says the size like 8-10" is that the size of the collar or the size of your dog's neck? Avery's neck measures 10" exactly.

I bought a knight buddy belt over black friday, I don't have it yet.

The collars are available in both Knight and Black Berry:

Buddy Belts Leather Dog Collars

The size -- that is the size of the neck that the collar will fit, but they run a little small. If your pup has a 7 -8" neck, I recommend the 8-10" collar. For dogs with 10" necks, I would go with the 10 - 12", and so on.

Also depends on how long the hair is on the pup for picking size.
