If MY dog pees in MY house, that is MY problem. If YOUR dog pees in my house, I have an issue. Especially if you don't stop immediately, whip out your bottle of nature's miracle that you MUST carry if you know your dog has bad manners, and clean up the mess. :mad:

I WAS MORTIFIED!!!! But there's no way in this world that I would have just left it all to them.....I cleaned up the drips on the floor.....scooped Harry and the coat up....took Harry home.....took the coat to the cleaners.....and didn't 'socialise' Harry in that way again until I was totally sure he was completely house-trained. My dogs also have potty issues...especially in strange places. Last time I visited my dads, within 5 minutes of me getting there, my younger dog pooped on my dads couch...only inches away from my blanket that I wish he would have pooped on instead. I am sure he was nervous from 3.5 hour car ride as my boys don't do well in the car. I was mortified....BUT, I cleaned it up. I brought diapers and belly bands with me and the boys have to wear them....especially my younger one!! It doesn't prevent the poo, but it helps with the pee.

I can't imagine leaving my dogs mess on someones floor for them to take care of...I can't imagine expecting someone else to clean up my dogs mess. I get just as mad when other dogs crap in my yard. If I carry around poop bags and clean up my dogs crap out of their yard, I feel they should give me the same respect.



Geesh....don't you wonder a little what your friends house must look/smell like??

If she doesn't clean up the pee at your house, I wonder if she does it at hers?!? I've been to houses of people who just let their animals poop and pee everywhere and your eyes start to water when you get within 5 feet of their door...yuck!!

Thanks for the kind words. We just need the owner to show that she/he is making effort to stop her/his dog peeing in other people's house. :) I have another friend coming next week with her teacup poodle. We'll see how that goes.
