YorkieTalk Ninth Annual Halloween Contest (2013) - Submission thread!
 

By the power vested in me, again!.... I formally announce the 2013 YT Halloween Costume Contest! Please submit your entry in this thread. You may submit up to three costumes. If you have one dog, you can submit up to three photos of three different costumes, or if you have more than one dog, you may enter any dog up to three times, but each entry should be a different costume. Or you can just do one, it doesn't really matter LOL. :D Please no Photoshop (decorative borders are ok).

Voting will be the same as last year; we will have one winner chosen by fellow YTer's votes via PM to me. Submissions will be open until Oct 31 at Midnight Pacific time. Then I will be accepting votes for one week, and the votes will be tallied up on or about Nov 7 and the winner announced.

Anyone is also welcome to donate a prize if they wish. If you donate a prize, you are still eligible to enter. However, donating a prize will not increase your chance of winning.

Adding for clarification:

I just re read my post and it sounded like if there are more prizes donated that only one person would get all prizes. That's not what I meant and I hope this didn't confuse even more people!

Depending on if we get more donated prizes, then we will have more categories for winners of those prizes. If we don't get more donated prizes, then the YT donated prize of the $50 GC will be the main prize for one winner.

Winner(s) will be chosen by number of votes, and the number of winner(s) depends on how many prizes are donated.

And I know you are all asking yourself this; yes you can vote for your own dog! :D

Video entries are allowed! Only one video entry will be allowed in the place of photos. Multiple dogs may be in the video if the costumes all coordinate with the same theme. Voting will be based off the costumes worn in the video, and not the subject matter of the video.

Please keep the video fairly short. Around one minute or two. Shorter is definitely ok too. Use of video editing software is fine, as are adding in titles and borders, but please no CG stuff! Lol
