OOO It's coming to NY in May. I wouldn't mind going and bringing my LO with me. He loves anything with fur and 4 legs. Lol. He goes BANANAS when TooCute comes on animal planet.

I went to the Pet Expo they had in Wilmington,Mass this year. It was really good!! The only problem was that Wilmington is about an hour away from me and most of the vendors were from that area. I met a guy who owned a natural dog food store who was so informative. We talked for an hour!! Wish he had his store online, cause I would purchase from him. Also, they had a guest speaker who was a vet. She taught animal CPR to everyone. Very knowledgeable!! I'll be going back again next year!

Just a little advice, if you have a stroller..use it. There's LOTS of people and your dog can get stepped on easily!

There will be one in Nashville in July 2014. Plenty of time to plan. I have never been to one and think it would be a lot of fun. Welp...gotta start working on the DH :D:p

I'm so excited for you! I hope everyone on YT who's in your area will be able to attend. The Pet Expo event was in my area in September. Yazmin and I had a blast all day long. I love Shorty Rossi and his show the "Pit Boss". Yazmin and I felt privileged to have met him and his service dog, Hercules. Or at least, I felt it was a privilege. :D

Tomorrow is the day for ATL!

Its Pet Expo Day!!!

I am getting ready to head over there with my friend. This year I am not taking Sophie Kate due to the amount of time I am going to be gone. If you are at the Expo around closing time stop by the table for Atlanta Pet Rescue and Adoption, I will be there and would love to see my fellow YTers.

Also stop by the table for Scan My Pet Please, they have awesome little dog tags with a QR code that you can use along with a Microchip. Also if your dog is not chipped they will do it at the Expo for a small fee (hint do it).

One suggestion if you have a stroller or a sling take it for your baby. I took my stroller last year and it was a lifesaver (well except for the male Beagle who thought it was a something he should mark and pee'd on ME and the stroller - oh well not my first run in with Dog pee).

I went to the Pet expo today in Michigan. I will probably be returning tomorrow!!

It was much bigger and much more packed this year. Of course, I walked out with a bunch of goodies for the boys and Miss Kitty. There were some great deals today!! I paid $5.00 for a pair of AWESOME fleece pj's...I'll have to post a pic of Princeton modeling them.

I got to see quite a few yorkie owners there. I got to see the cutest little yorkie compete in the dock diving competition...YES, this little 5 lb wonder did dock diving. Afterwards, in true yorkie style, her owner put her little pink bathrobe on her!! LOL!!

Anyways...I didn't bring the boys today and I am still debating on whether I will take them or not tomorrow. They haven't been eating very well at all for the last few days and I am not sure I want to upset their digestive systems and make an already bad problem, worse. I also know that my older dog is scared of people and he does not enjoy crowds. On the other hand, I don't like leaving the boys home alone so I may pop them in their stroller.


If anyone happens to go and they have a stroller, I'd recommend bringing it. There are lots of people walking around and they aren't really paying attention to where they are walking...on top of that, a lot of people aren't really paying attention to what their dogs are doing. Nothing like having your little 5 lb dog being mauled by a 200 lb mastiff while the owner is busy shopping:(


BTW~I just checked out the pet expo in Atlanta...I am jealous!! It looks like it's going to be SOOO much better than the one in Detroit!! Shorti Rossi is going to be there..and we got Santa Clause!! LOL!
