What size Cuddle Up dog sling do you have?
 
I've DH convinced I can get one, but I'm having a time figuring out what size to get. Gunner will be about 5lbs grown, so I think he will fit the xsmall. My thought is, how big is the bag on your person? I'm very small, 5' and 110lbs, every bag I looked at was huge on me. How many of you have this bag and are tiny like me? Should I get the xsmall or just the small? Any suggestions or comments will be much appreciated. Photos would be great too! How big is your yorkie and what size bag?

Wish I could help! I've got a sling, but I think it's 1 size fits most. It takes up a huge part of my body, borderline uncomfortable, and I'm not small! Dex goes in it, he's just over 6lbs.

I have some pics from the dog show of different size pups in the small sling...that was the only size we had at the show. Perhaps some of these pics will give you an idea. You also might ask in the thread in the sale forum but I think most have either small or large. I don't recall anyone buying an extra small one.

Thanks, this does help. How do I PM katy-yorkie? Is there some way to find her? I really want to get the perfect size for both of us, I don't want to be disappointed again. It won't do me much good if I don't use it.

Thanks, I did this. I wanted to add, how come you have all those senior rescues? Doesn't anyone keep their dogs forever? My old poodle was 16, blind deaf and senile and I would never give her up. She passed in July and it broke my heart....

That's me, too! I'm 5'2" & 115lb, so maybe it is good I got the XS.
I guess I can always sell it second hand if Cherr-bear gets too big for it.

I think you will be ok. It holds up to 12 pounds. There is only about a 2" difference in the two.

I am sorry....it is always horrible to lose a pup. :( And, especially so when you have them for so long. She was one of the lucky ones. I cannot tell you how many adult yorkies we get...and requests to take seniors. So many people use these pups for themselves and when the pups need the love back as they age, they dump them. :(

We get a lot of pups that were purchased by younger people who, once they get married and have a family, have issues with the pups. That is one of the more common reasons for surrenders .. and usually they are in the 6-8 year age range.

We do get young ones but you are correct, many are adults and it is just so sad.
