Look At My Wonderful Avatar-thanks Villette
 
Everyone look at the wonderful avatar done by Villette. She took pitty on me after seeing my sad, fustrated face in another thread :( complaining about not having one. She has come to my rescue, just like I'm sure shes done for some many others on this site!

Villette you are truely appreciated and loved from the bottom of my and Kiki's hearts. :love: :love: :luvu:

How does she do it? Do you send her pictures? The only way that i know how to have someone look at my pics is in the gallery or if I am on aim I can send one to someone.....but other than that know matter how hard I try I just cant figure it out and I would LOVE to have an avitar like all you guys of my Louie and Bella! :confused: :confused: :cry: :questione :cry8: :eyetearss

Ilovelouie - She goes and steals them from your photo album since you had one :D I got your pictures and here you go - Those sad beggin smiley faces REALLY WORK ~!! :D and no thanks necessary :) I love to make them - everyone should have one under their name :thumbup:

Here's directions for adding it to your USER CP Settings -
Right Click to SAVE it as a GIF ...it should default that way....
Go to user CP...(blue bar running across top of site far left)

click EDIT AVATAR
click CUSTOM AVATAR
THEN...look for this: BROWSE

and in the place where it says this:
Upload an Avatar From Your Computer: (it’s the 2nd place…not the url place)
you DOUBLE-click on your pic and upload it -

Thank you so much for posting the directions on how to add our little darlings pics to the avatar! I am going to try to do this right now...I have been trying to add my Sadie Mae but just couldn't do it...my pics are too big

I have tried to upload pictures and it tells me the pictures are too large. I have some in the album, but they are pictures that were able to upload but not really my favorits. :confused:

RESIZING
To make sure your pictures are not huge and resize them...This is one of the easiest program on the net to resize your pics....http://bluefive.pair.com/free95.htm

Scroll to PixResizer……Download the program..it’s really small and very easy to install – Depending on the size of your image you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) or 460 Pixels and it resizes it for you...& it will rename it with the size in the name so you know that's the right picture

SAVE YOUR PICTURES AS JPEG’S or they will not show as thumbnails. Then you can upload them here on the site in a post.

Villette saved my computer's life. I could not do albums or avatar. Bless her she did both just as I was ready to sail puter and all out the back door. Whatever would we do without that gal? Thanx, Villette, for being you!!
