Do you make your Yorkie dance? We do it all the time and I'm not sure if Uni enjoys it or not LOL :D I hold her up and bounce her around on her hind legs. Or I will hold her up in a beg position and wave her front paws around. Haha. Years ago I saw a vid on Youtube with a woman making her yorkie dance to a Justin Timberlake song and I thought it was hilarious. The dog did not look distressed at all. His ears were at the calm 180 degree relaxed position. But some of the comments omg! What's your favorite songs to make your yorkie dance to? I like White Stripes, simple beats |
We dance here to everything. I hold the boys off the floor, one at a time, and ballroom dance. Or they dance on their hind legs to pop. I also hold them while they are standing on the floor. They love it. :) As long as someone is NOT shaking the head, what is wrong with that? |
Well actually I've never tried to have Yazmin dance but I picked her up once and tried slow dancing with her in my arms to this song but she BIT me! I thought it was a nice choice of song to dance with her. She started looking all around and trying to figure out how to escape before I could put her down. I think the swaying back and forth scared her. |

I confess that when I crank up my tunes, ZoE runs for cover & tries to hide in the pillows of the sofa, cos she knows I'm gonna scoop her up and dance with her. I've tried holding her front paws and making her dance, but she just keeps pulling her paws out of my hand, so scooping & dancing works best for us :). |

Pasquale obsessed with dancing. Sometimes I'll put on music while I'm sitting at my computer. He'll come over and just stare at me ....i know he's saying "C'mon lady...you gonna get up and dance or what?!" As soon as i get up and start dancing , he starts jumping up and down, spinning and barking. I guess those are this dance moves LOL |
Wave your paws in da air like you just don't care. . .Halla !! :D I don't hold Quincy when he does his little dance but Omg it is so funny. When he wants out he will come to me and all I have to act is "What do you want" and he just goes nuts. Pouncing back and forth and jousting like forward movement. I call it his jumping jacks/ which is sort of like a dance. It like he's saying "Ok are we going or are we not going". He is so fat that I make him do it several times before I get up to let him out. The more I ask the faster he goes, It is just so freakin funny and the look on his face is priceless. Believe me he needs the exercise ! |
