Food Was just curious what food you feed your Yorkie and why you prefer that brand . . . When I adopted Lily, she wasn't being fed regular dog food so I'm wondering what's the best food for her. |

I think you'll find alot of differing opinions on foods lol. I feed Royal Canin Yorkie puppy mainly because that is what the breeder had him on when I picked him up and he seems to be doing fine on it. I don't want to have too much change at this point in time and stress him anymore than he already may be with transitioning to a new home...if I find a food I like better I may slowly introduce it into his diet when he's 4 + months. |

I feed my dogs Natural Balance L.I.D Bison & Sweet Potato. Reason : My dogs all have sensitive tummys & allergies and this is the only food I have found that they all can eat with no issues.. |

Chicken soup for the puppy lovers soul. What a mouthful! Lol I researched several different brands and the was the best I could find at a price I was comfortable with. Of course almost no matter what you feed someone won't like it lol. Just do your research and do what YOU feel is best. If you ask 10 different people you'll probably get 10 different answers. Good luck! |

I feed Now small breed and it seems to be the only one my picky girl will eat and like. I think the new science diet ideal balance is great and if I could have gotten her to eat that I would have! |

I feed this, and I've tried them all...this one is finally the one!!! Holistic Select Adult Health Anchovy, Sardine & Salmon Meals Recipe Dry Dog Food p.s. I use the Puppy for Vinnie still. |
|
We are a Canine Caviar family! Open sky is Peanut's current protein :D We have tried every food under the sun, this is the only food his system/ allergies can handle. I've never seen him healthier than he is on this food!! |

We feed Nutrisca Holistic Grain/potato free Lamb kibble. The reason being that my girls have itchy flaky skin. After trying a fair amount of foods and doing lots of research on ingredients, I have settled on this one. They love it and they are not itching as much. The longer they have been on it the less they itch. Not 2 dogs are the same, so just make the best choice for your puppy! :) |

LOL~you asked the million dollar question!! At this moment, I am feeding Wellness Complete Canned and Wellness "Simple" canned, Wellness Core "small breed" dry, and Simply Nourish stews(as a topper). I may be switching my boys over again after we have our vet trip next week....although I am not sure. I am dealing with dogs with digestive issues and thus far, this seems to work for us. I think you have to do what works best for you, or best for your dog rather. |

I feed pre-made raw - usually Primal Duck, but also sometimes feed Natures Variety. I like raw bc it's the freshest, still contains the natural enzymes, and it seems the most absorb-able in terms of ingredients (bc of their poos). |

We are currently feeding Amicus. We are feeding this to all 5 of our dogs and they do well on it. It is a low glycemic grain free food that is formulated for small and mini breed dogs. It is made by Horizon, a small Canadian company that manufactures their own foods using locally sourced ingredients. |

Currently Billi's on Royal Canin puppy formula. I'd heard good things about it on YT & knew she needed to be switched anyway (breeder had her on puppy chow!?!) and gave it a try. She seems to really like it, but I'd try Canine Caviar next if she stopped taking it as well. |

We feed Fromm to Milana. I tried several foods and tried even switching to Weruva and Canine Caviar but unfortunately she developed diarrhea/very soft poop to all of them except for Fromm. So I am sticking with Fromm now! |
|
Mine eat FROMM 4 star kibbles primarily. They will get THK or fresh made human food (chicken, beef, fish, fruit/veggies, etc) as a treat. |
|
I feed Orijen six fish kibble with stella & chewy freeze dried raw as a topper.. My baby is really picky. |
