You should give it a try. It's nice to be able to tidy them up a little once in a while, even if you also use a groomer. Looks super simple if you don't want to get involved with clippers.

I'm used to clippers from when I had Schnauzers, so my Yorkie and 3 Morkies all have a modified Schnauzer cut, haha. Hey, with 4 dogs, I'm saving over $250 every 5 weeks for grooming.

Thanks for posting the "Scaredy Cut" link. I have been searching for that. I must have typed it in wrong. I think I may be able to do that. Jasper loves to be brushed. So, maybe he will let me use these. Worth a try and definitely cheaper than $75 for the mobile groomer. :)

I haven't used these, but saw somebody else post about them recently. I'll bet they would work well for anybody that doesn't want electric clippers.

She does look cute.

I am so afraid to cute Sophie Kates hair, I trim around her tail (you know that unspeakable area) but that is about all I am brave enough to do.

Zoey sure is a pretty girl in her new haircut!

I may have to get one of those scaredy cat groomers for Tuffy. He HATES the sound of the electric trimmers & I'm not very good with keeping the sides even. :rolleyes:

We just try together and compare notes. At least the hair will grow back, right? Lol

Both Zoey and Jasper just had groomings so that gives us time to get what we need. Does Zoey like to be brushed? Jasper loves it. Zoey looks so cute. She has beautiful hair!!

momtojasper she hated having her hair cut in the beginning she screamed n screamed... she was this little thing on the grooming table just screaming! the groomer is a great groomer actually she has a 3 and half pound yorkie so i trusted her with the grooming....but Zoey hated it then she was quiet but staring daggers at me the whole time
