mimimomo | 08-06-2013 09:31 AM | Thank you everyone for your concerns & making light of a bad, imbarrassing situation.:p I really need to invest in a good personal trainer...IDT if Turbo will be allowed in a public training class w/other dogs. I've been wanting to take Momo to a training class but never did...sigh procrastination. @ least if I went to a training class, I would have the basics to train Turbo. I've been working w/him from watching Victoria Stilwell's shows & he has not been barking @ other dogs when we are out for our walk. There will be x's when it goes down the drain, like when someone is jogging w/their dog or whoosing by on their bike & their dog by their side. Turbo will start pulling on the lead like he wants to go after them. Quote:

Wow, he really showed that laberdoodle who's boss huh ? You are very lucky that the other dog was not aggressive. Thank goodness neither were hurt really bad. | Yes, so lucky! Turbo getting bit or the other dog getting bit by Turbo flashed b4 my eyes like a bad nightmare...TG all he did was run in circles like he was 'herding' them & the lady was holding her 25-30# dog, afraid of a 6#'er! I'm glad everything turned out ok. Has your heart rate returned to normal? Turbo lives up to his name. | Ha! I'm seriously gonna have a coronary bc of these guys someday! j/k:D I know I got more grey hairs bc of what happened. Quote:

I'm sure my wild Libby would go after anything and never look back. She scares the heck out of me. she will not stop. If she was loose and a car came by she would run out to get it. The little sh.. is crazy about the squirrels. We have woods both front and back, I know she would be gone. I really don't know what to do about it. | Could you possibly have an enclosure built for them? There's something about squizzles that drives them nuts! |
