Frisbee & Summer Fun with Jackson
 
Jackson's still not giving me any long distance catches with the frisbee -- he will run after it far, but waits for it to drop before catching in the air. So it's a work in progress! But I'm sooooo thrilled that he has SO much fun playing frisbee, a dog who never used to care for disc OR fetch and now he LOVES both! It just took ME making it more fun and interesting for him, now he loves the game!

Ohhh! Now I have dog envy! Jackson is awesome. Barney will fetch his Frisbee but cannot catch it. And after he fetches it, he will run circles around us before bringing it to us. We think he is showing off his fast legs. Jackson is gorgeous and I loved the music.

I can't get Joel to catch anything, all I've been doing is tossing treats at his face but he's not catching on lol

I remember your video with Jackson getting him interested in a frisbee. It gave me some wonderful ideas that I'd like to implement. Right now she still will run endlessly to fetch her ball, but I hope we can start using a frisbee. The love and bond you share with Jackson is so apparent in every word, photo, and video you post. I'm so happy you have each other.

Jackson is such a cool boy! Peanut says “Jackson is his idol”. We love seeing Mr. Jackson especially in action!!

How did you get Jackson interested the frisbee? It's something I would love to do with Rhett, but he has zero interest in it.

This video was of GREAT help!! I pretty much did everything in it, in the same order, with great enthusiasm. I also used some food because Jackson is a food hound, so whenever he would make any kind of catch, or attempt to retrieve it, I'd give him a treat and slowly weaned out the food. I still use it though like every 5 catches or so just to keep him guessing, but I honestly think he would play just fine without it.
