What helps you destress When you get home from a really busy/hard day at work/school or whatever it is that you do, what do you do to destress? I destress by brushing Abby, she loves its and I whisper sweet nothings in her ears,or I bemoan my horrid day to her and she just lies there and lets my groom away. And when I'm done she gets up and shakes her little body and all my brushing is undone :);) |

I take my doggies to the park to walk. It's their favorite thing in the world. Seeing them happy and excited is a huge stress reliever. |
Mine is just walking through the door and getting attacked by Rhett and Scarlett. Their greetings make the 2 hour commute and rough shifts all worth it. |
wine :) by the glass, not the bottle...gotta keep it classy ;) |
A cigarette ;) |
The first thing that came to mind is cuddling with my girls. If I am really stressed......I clean! My house will be spotless, but it works out all those pent up emotions! |

My life is pretty much stress free but when I like to get away I do it in the evenings. Preferably while sitting on our porch with a hot cup of coffee and maybe a candle. Listening to the Katydids and enjoying the star lit night with just me, myself and I. It's very soothing and some of my favorite moment to unwind and ponder. Occasionally I will sit out back by the fire and have a cooler or a glass of wine instead of coffee :D |

Seriously, you should try it! Cleaning, moving furniture, scrubbing helps clear the mind and body of pent up energy! I works like a charm! I used to run, but this old body ain't what it used to be! LoL |
My first thought was my Prozac! Lol. But seriously, after washing my face and getting into jammies, I love to cuddle with KS on the couch. |
