Buddy Brown is missing I can't find my elderly diabetic cat Buddy Brown. He wanted to go outside last night but didn't want to come back in when I went to bed so I left him on the porch. He doesn't stay outside very often but when he does he is always at the door meowing loudly at 6 am wanting to eat. He wasn't there this morning and we haven't found him yet and I've got a bad feeling about it. I know cats will sometimes go off to die and he has been really sick lately so I think either that's what happened or else a coyote or something else has gotten him. Poor ole Buddy Brown either which way let us find you. |
I hope you find Buddy Brown. I know you're heartsick, and I will pray for both of you. |
Oh no I hope you find Buddy Brown soon. Sending you good thoughts |
Praying Buddy Brown finds his way home safely. |
I know you this must be so hard for you, I hope Buddy Brown returns. |
Prayers going up for Buddy Brown... hope he finds his way back home, soon. |
Sending prayers to your beloved Buddy Brown. Not knowing is so heart-wrenching. |
I hope all turns out ok. Sending prayers to you. |
Prayers for Buddy Brown, come home Buddy where you family can watch over you. |
Still no signs of Buddy Brown. What makes it worse is that it's only been about 5 weeks since my sick elderly yorkie Abigale died in my arms on the way to the vet. |
Oh Ann i am so sorry, just now reading about Buddy & Abigail...hugs to you |
I am so sorry... I hope he makes his way home soon. Have you thought about posting flyers? |
Don't give up on him! Try contacting vet offices, animal control, neighbors, even your mail person. I had a cat disappear for 9 months and one night he just showed up at the door like everything was normal. He never went outside alone after that! Praying your baby finds his way back to you quickly and safely! |
Try standing outside when it is quiet and calling him, he may not come straight away but he will hone in on the direction of your voice and come if he is able.(((hugs))) |
Thanks for all the kind comments. We live on 5 1/2 acres and Buddy Brown always stayed right outside the house when he did go out. He has been getting sicker with his diabetes and kidney disease in the last couple of months and was having more trouble getting around. He was lying on the front porch (which is a big covered porch) the other night and didn't want to come in and since it was nice outside I just let him stay out. I've tried calling and calling and get nothing and any other time he would come meowing and running. |
