This is what the poster was talking about.
I cannot and will not condone advocating violence for violence.
If you had the ability to do such a thing, what makes you any better than this woman. Her action was done in stupidity, and likely ignorance. Yours done in anger and retribution.
Read the first sentence. People were saying she should be left in the car to die too.
Is that where we have come? That if you are an animal lover, it is OK to wish harm on a fellow human being for harming a non human animal?
I'm sorry, but I think that kind of mind set is sickening.

I don't understand people who just keep a dog in the backyard and that's it. It's almost a chore to feed and clean up after them. |
I forget whereI heard this term, but they're starting to call those dogs resident dogs. They even say that these types of resident dogs are not like pet dogs.. even though they are owned. And most dog bites come from these resident dogs that are chained, and not properly socialized, and the people say he never did anything like that.. He never had a chance because you chained him stupid!!!

That's so sad :( that poor dog. And honestly, before coming here, I never knew how dangerous it was to leave dogs in cars. I mean you'd think it'd be common sense but even some of the simplest thoughts still need to be advertised. I could never leave Miley in the car alone due to fear of theft. I would die if something happened to her :( |
This is also the point that that poster was probably trying to make. Even though EVERY SUMMER, sometimes several times a month the news programs warn you about leaving your dog in the car, here is someone that admits they just didn't know about the dangers.
Who is to say this woman just didn't think either?

I can't tell you how many times I've been tempted to just take the dog. |
I have done that. 14 year old pit bull named Tank, record snow fall, chained in a yard, skin and bones, no shelter, but under a car.
I stole him and I fed him and treated him like a king, and when he died, I took his body to his so called owners and left it on their porch with a note saying that Tank died warm, happy, fed, and loved the way he should have, not freezing, sad, starving and forgotten like he would have.
