Has anyone heard of the Minnesota Yorkie Breeders? They advertise for the breeders in Minnesota and say a lifetime guarantee. The phone number listed is 1-866-592-5322! They have a stamp or emblem that says PB Americas Top Breeder... They seem to act as a go between... After the puppy scam I detected and c got RCMP involved with I am leery! So I appeal to your wisdom and knowledge!

Well, to me they look like a broker (and they seem to admit as much), and the colors and appearances of some of the puppies on the site are disturbingly off. Personally, I would avoid them like the plague.

I sent you a PM with some seriously good breeders in our area

I googled this number and the first couple things that came up said puppy mill.

Wow what a group of lovely people you guys are! Thank you for taking time out to do a little peeky_poo into the Minnesota Yorkie Breeders for me! I am awed! My gut was on that same wave link so you guys just sealed the gut instinct I had gnawing away inside me.
I am looking for a pipe dream but it is on my bucket list! I want to find a breeder small time non champion yorkie female that I could do a very small time breed thing!Not to show like you ladies do but to share the breed with those people out there that find paying three leather couches $$price for one dog is not only insane but impossible... Have a nice looking pup or two at a more affordable price! I do not want to cross the yorkie with anything as that would not be a real yorkie high fallooting attitude that they so have! Anyone understand what I am saying! I have lived my life supporting everyone's dreams without anyone asking me Lynda if I had a dream... My dream is this! I love my yorkie and I love the breed itself so much that I want to give back BUT making sure the pup does not go to just anyone... That would be dangerous as there are people out there that would abuse a dog as quickly as they abuse a child! Thank you again! You have melted my heart...

Just make sure to do your research on breeding to do it the right way there is alot to it

Make sure you do a lot of research before you start. Don't breed a female under 5 pounds, keep the puppies with mom until 12 weeks, get mentor, make sure you do health testing and stuff. It is a lot of work and can be very expensive!

Has anyone taken a look at the pups they show on MN Y Breeders? One called "Vixey" is very scary looking! Is that even a dog?

THEY ARE A PUPPY MILL...any place with a toll free number you can rest assure is a puppy mill, broker, scam, POS byb.....trust me, I've never saw a legit place with a toll free number...looked at the site, BLECH

I know the puppy Vixey that you are referring to! She does not look like a yorkie or even a puppy.... My gut instinct was "run" and I am eternally grateful for my twitchy gut and you guys for your input! Only seen puppy mills on tv and I can not watch as it sickens me! I am of the thinking who could possibly hurt any animal! These are babies who put so much faith and trust in us! They love so unconditionally! How in god's name do these people sleep!
Got a phone number for one of the "brokers" called himself Dane 954-389-0100! What can be done to shut them down! Can I contact someone and if so WHO?
