Personally, I would bring the puppy to San Antonio. But that's just because I'm selfish & wouldn't be able to stand being away from my puppy :p

Here is my opinion. Take him with you, if YOU can keep him safe from the big labs. That means he needs a crate. Your parents need to be on board and not let him out un-supervised with the big dogs.

If you are comfortable that this could happen then do this.

If not, at home with a pet sitter and or dog walker. At least once per day.

Or have your hubby take him to doggy day care.

12 hrs away from home is a very long time.

Yes, I can keep him away from the bigger dogs. I have him tethered to me with his leash for a majority of the day. And he doesnt mind his crate either as long as he can see me right now. He'll fall asleep while watching me. Once he wakes up he'll bark once at me letting me know he's awake and I quickly take him outside. As for my parents, there are okay with him there, but I need to take full responsiblity for him. And keep an eye on him not them..lol.. They just dont understand how Im training him right now..So yea I feel really strongly on taking him with me..Thank you for your opinion. It feels great to have someone support me. Thank you :)

Yes I can keep him away from them. I have him tethered to me with his leash. And my brother lives a block away from my parents who owns two small dogs. So i'll go over for visits and help socialize my Zeus with there dogs..Thanks for the support!!!!!!! Greatly appreciated

Your posts are being moderated so they dont always show up right when you do them. i think when you get to 10 posts it doesnt do it anymore
