So you never found the first found Yorkie's - Betsy's - original owner, rehomed her and then these two Yorkies' owner came for them and they are gone, too? It doesn't sound to me as if you were meant to have a Yorkie or you would purposefully find a responsible breeder or rescue group and buy one. Sounds like those that come unbidden to you aren't meant to stay around for long. Most lovers of the breed see a Yorkie, fall in love at first sight or soon thereafter and have to have one for their very own and aren't happy until their own little two-tone fireball is in their arms. And the waiting is agony from the time one starts looking until that dog is there. Or, they come in contact with one through friend or family, reluctantly enjoy and come to love it in spite of themselves, it is taken away through some circumstance or the other and that person pines until they have one of their own and start actively looking for one. And the waiting is also agony from the time one starts looking until that dog is there. Either way, Yorkie love is hotly pursued once bitten by the Yorkie bug. :) |
