So Does Your Baby Sass You Back? I swear, it's a good thing she's cute!:p When Nibblet starts barking too much, and I tell her, "Nibblet, BE QUIET!" She'll bark back at me sometimes like she's saying, "YOU be quiet!" And sometimes she'll sass me when she doesn't want to sit. She'll do it... But not without attitude.:animal36 I'll tell her to "sit pretty!", and she'll give a little growl like she's saying, "stupid Poopyhead!" under her breath. On the whole, she's a good girl and I love her to bits, but SASSY?!?!? |
Yes, Ian will do that, too! I'll tell him that it's not nice to talk back to mommy! He doesn't do that with his dad. Too funny. |
LOL! Yes!!! Even at 12 weeks, when told "Quiet!" he'll growl and makes these noises like he's talking; almost as if he's saying "I do what I want!" My mother's nickname for him is Mr. Fresh. |

Little Miss Tatiana gave me some attitude on a walk, today.......she wanted to get down and walk but I didn't have her harness & leash with me as it was suppose to be a quick one. Well, she decided that she wanted to get down and play. She looked at me, wiggle to get free than told me off by growling and yipping! I finally let her romp and play with Teeka. She was so happy that she got her way!!! :) |
My girls are very very sassy! Sugar especially. She sasses when I love on Curri, she sasses when I take a drink of water in the middle of meal prep (every time :rolleyes:) and she TATTLES when Curri takes her treat or the kids won't share their french fries with her!! |
My boy is is just too cool to sass back. He just turns away and ignores me. LOL. But my girl has definitely got the sass gene going on. They both just crack us up all day long! |
Yes, every once in a while my sweet, quiet baby boy will not quiet down like he is told--in particular there's one sweet, beautiful Basset Hound that he absolutely HaTES!! Nothing I do makes him quit barking! |
yup got sass times three over here....more so the girls though! Especially miss diva, Raelle....little spoiled brat she is. Now when I say ok guys dinner....she sits and looks at me! 'I'm not getting up, come and get me!' This lady will not move, I literally have to go and get her and put her in front of her bowl so she will eat. Tell them ok guys 'QUIET'....they have to get the last word, I even get a hurumfp from Orion....they crack me up, how do they get away with it?!?! LOL! |
This is my Natalie down to a T!!! I can tell her to hush and she cocks her head and barks at me like she is sassing me...I have to laugh. It is just too funny. |
