Libby is doing better! I thought I'd let you know how Libby is doing with her lymphangiectasia. I had her to the vet last week and her blood work is all in the normal range! I am so thrilled. The treatment plan that my vet put her on has worked well. I was so scared those first weeks that she wouldn't even make it, but she has been responding to treatment so well and the vet is amazed at how Libby has improved. I've done a lot of reading on a lymphangiectasia support site and gotten lots of valuable info there. Libby is back to loving life and all the fun she finds to do in a day. She still tires out sooner than she used too, but she sure has come a long way. I'm hoping now, that she will build up that muscle mass that she lost. Thanks everyone, for your prayers for my sweet Libby! How I love that little gal! |
Fantastic news? Sending up prayers of thanksgiving! |
It is always great news when a baby has been so sick with a terrible disease responds to treatment and starts to get better. I will be praying not only for her, but for you, too! :) |

Yay very good news! So happy for you & Libby! |
Connie I am thrilled that Libby is feeling better. They certainly can rip your heart out when they get sick. I pray that she continues to heal and that "mom" can finally take a deep breath. Hugs Jackie |
