First accident in 9 months!!! So, I've picked up a little side job. I haven't really worked in 6 months. I have to be there at 7am and it is a hour drive. Crimson hasn't had an accident since the first week I got her. I completely give all the credit to my other dog Milo for house training Crimson. So, I let Crimson off the bed which I do first thing when she stands up. Apparently this morning was nothing but play time for her. She usually goes to her peepad in the bathroom. This morning.... she did not. (Boo) :(! I let all 3 dogs outside this morning. Dooley had to take a toy outside so Crimson basically chases him around the yard without peeing but I did not notice. Later 30 minutes into my drive the phone rings. I usually put Crimson in the bathroom before I leave but the DH wanted her in the bed with him. Needless to say she wet the bed! I'm in shock! She was 11 months yesterday. Plus, she HAD to do it with only DH home!!! Sorry long post but I can't rant to the DH! I'm also grateful it is only pee I'm dealing with even if it doesn't sound like it. |
Mandie peed the bed once out of the blue, too. I think it's sort of like a rebellion or reaction to a sudden change...like your schedule. |
This is a very safe place to rant! Just know, there are lots of people here that do understand and hopefully it won't happen again! Best Wishes!! |
Thanks. I'm sure she is confused with my hot mess life that is happening right now. I think, God is preparing me something just not sure what. Luckily, Crimson is truly my DHs dog and she only got the pillow. Who doesn't like new pillows anyways! :) |
See? That's a great attitude! Now you get new pillows :) |
im guessing its the change also. lola has done this twice thankfully while i was watching but for her it was more marking..it was when keylo first came home. |

I'm pretty sure DH realized while or right after it happened. |
I always cover for the dog! It was an accident and it will Never happen again. No big deal, clean it up and thank God you have a Yorkie! |
Dh keeps saying it was an accident. She is in the bed with her now.... Hoping I don't have any regrets. |
Hey even children have accidents once in awhile. Sometimes they get so busy playing outside they forget why they're out there. (JUST LIKE KIDS). |
Hey that is why we are all here. We are here for the good and the bad. Sometimes when they are having too much fun they forget to go potty. |
Thanks everyone! |
