Seeing these makes me soooo happy! According to those charts, Sam is the perfect size! And I have been so worried about how much he is eating, lol. Piper on the other hand, truly is a bit chubby. You can't feel her little ribs at all, and her torso is pretty uniform from chest to hip.

don't you be worrying yourself, as long as it's a happy healthy puppy with a good appetite.

My friend has two that weigh 15lbs, makes mine look like Yorkie smurphs

Stella is 5 months and weights 7.8 lbs but if you get her wet she looks like a stick with legs :p and standing next to Guinness she looks like a tiny little midget still.

Haha! Your baby is adorable! Like someone else said more to love:p. after reading all the great posts I'm pretty sure she's a teapot now. :animal36

I myself love teapots.. this is what 13 lbs standing next to 7.8lbs looks like at my house :p

Omigosh, Stella is so stinking cute! I'd love to see Sam next to Guinness, LOL. My runt wouldn't tip 4 lbs soaking wet and with a full belly.

I've never in my life seen an overweight puppy. I don't believe it's possible lol.

Jackson is over 16lbs and not overweight. Just a bigger guy. :) He filled out around 2. He remained at 12lbs from about 7 months - a little over a year. At 4 1/2, he maintains around 16/17lbs.

Now my chub chub refuses to go for a walk! We get a little bit down the road and she digs in and wants to head home!

They both are adorable. He looks so big though in comparison, definitely an lean athletic build. I love your Action Jackson avatar.

LOL Buster is the same way. I have to pick him up and carry him down the road to new and interesting smells even then he will just lay down on some grass and look at me with that I'm not budging look. But boy when I say let's go home the energy kicks in. I just love their feisty temperament. :)
