I wish we had an album called growing up puppy
 
There is a photo album area, but I would love to see how everyone's puppy's grew up over the years. I can't really find....say a puppy at 8, weeks, 12 weeks, 14 weeks 18 weeks, 24 weeks and so on....any suggestions....I'm trying to see how they change over time. Hair growth, markings....

Well, I made Mercedes a growth chart collage....I'll attach it. Starts at like 5 hours old .... she will be 7 months old on the 30th. I can show you some of Cowboy's changes also. Here is Mercedes.....

Thats Great! Thanks! I love the chart....I also thought that all yorkies were born dark and then changed to the lighter color later! Boy was i wrong! she's adorable.

Here is Cowboy...starting at less than 3 weeks....the first picture is in August, 2nd in September, 3rd in October and 4th in November.

She was born with an overload of the red genes and is perfectly healthy. I was shocked to say the least. Since then I have found out that there are a variety of color anomallies....chocolate, red/gold (which I have 2 of) Parti (base white with different colored markings), even solid black. Here is my litter baby pictures if you are interested....

Those are all backward for some reason. Here are a couple from December...you will notice the silver on his head now. That will change to a gold/tan later.

Julz he looks like Cali's twin! She is almost identical in color and siz and face looks the same! I need to get some new pics on here.

Pictures are from Aug 15th, Sept 7th, Nov 20th, and Dec 9th.

Patti, you'll HAVE to get pictures to post and we will put them side by side. He and Tori on here looked very VERY similar when they were younger too. I jsut realized my little boy looks like 2 little girls on here :eyebrow2:

Those are adorable! The 3rd picture looks like Wosie got exhausted from her typing lessons. That last picture is precious too with her sound asleep and her cute little tongue sticking out :p

Everytime I am on YT, you know Wosie is with me! She loves to sleep on my lap everytime I am on the computer! Also, I think about 50% of the photos I have of her, her tongue is out! She's so cute!! Thanks for the good words, my friend! :p

This is great. You can really see how the dogs change but still keep their look at the same time.....very interesting. I want more pics.....why is that....why can i always look at these dogs....i feel like a voyet (sp?) -- ya know some one watching from afar

I don't think they keep their look at all. If a person lost their Yorkie puppy or it was stolen (no offense to anyone), I don't think they would recognize it a year later. They change so very much looks-wise. Cowboy was very distinctive with that ring around his nose. It is totally gone now. It just amazes me how you never know what you are going to end up with when you get a Yorkie.

This is a great thread! I love seeing the pups growing up! I wish when Gidget was younger I had owned a digital camera! But since I do now, Chloe will be getting ALOT of pics! :D

word of advice....make sure the date is on the camera correctly! I have a few pictures of my kids that i had to compare clothes to figure out what year it was!
