well im thankful they got both of them. sending healing prayers for your chewbacca. i can only imagine how sore that must feel. i hope the compresses help. hugs. |
Hmph, Well at least they didn't say “ Ya his one testie is there” so that’s good. Poor guy! Hopefully it will go down some in a couple days and you will get some relief. |
Oh, gosh I'm just seeing this. What an awful thing for your poor baby to go through. Maybe it is common in their vet clinic for this kind of thing to happen but in my many years of experience of having animals neutered it has never happened to any of mine or the ones I have been responsible for, not to mention friends, family, etc. I hope you consider having him looked at by some other professional who can give an honest opinion. They would have had to do some ruff handling to cause that kind of tissue damage. |

The office still had the testicles?? |
That is what his vet said is he could just be a really easy bruiser. And a friend of the family that is a vet in another state said the same thing |
Has his bruising improved since his neuter? |

Chewbacca's surgical site is looking a lot better! I was thinking back to my boys neutering, they were done by different doctors. Max's surgical site wasn't as "clean" as Teddy's and took longer, a few weeks, to completely disappear. Praying that Chewbacca's looks even better in a week or two. :) |
Thank you everyone. I seriously don't know what I would do without this site. I have no other Yorkie owners that I know and I have no one who understands my worry. But you all do and for that I thank you all! |
