Yes when you hear them they sound like a woman screaming in pain. It is unmistakable. We call them panthers here in the west they call them mountain lions. |
How scary! Luckily we live in a more urban populated area... I know they've been found in cities, but hopefully our 6' fence and all the traffic deters them. |

Fake grass??? Have you tried the grass pads? I havn't tried them but maybe your baby would like them. I am trying to teach my pup to stay away from the doors but I know there will be a day when she finally slips out. My Chicuahua is trained to come directly to me when my husband thinks he's doing her a favor by letting her go outside ( he thinks I over react). I freak because I did save a dove from getting eating by my Lab and when I went to let it go a hawk swooped down right in front of me and grabbed it. Needles to say I was devestated !!!We've seen a few coyotes but hear them all the time. I am more scared of a hawk when it comes to my baby but Coyotes are not shy when it comes to food. I'd rather clean up a mess on the floor than.... |

That is scary. I dont have coyotes but raccoons come in the yard and I worry about My cats getting to them. My yorkies dont go out at night when I see them |
Scary!!! I haven't heard any around my part of the world but I worry about those darn hawks and owls. I wonder if I should get that red flashing light thingy - it says owls and hawks, too. Hmmm... |

Yeah, $28 something but it reels you in and then lets you know you need 4 of them. So, what - $130? Still not really bad but I was excited about $28 so it was a little bit of a let down lol |
