Teddy alone in the laundry room Poor Teddy was alone in the dark laundry room for 30 minutes! My father shut the door not knowing Teddy was in there, and went upstairs to take a shower. I was in my bedroom. When dad brought his dirty clothes downstairs, the doggies didn't greet him at the gate. Max was on the couch with a worried face. Dad opened the door to the laundry room and out popped Teddy! Poor baby. He does like the smell of laundry, so he wasn't too upset. :p |
 now if you can train teddy to sort socks..... |
Awww....poor Teddy! I bet he was happy to have someone come and find him! |

If Brandi gets lock in any where for more than 30 seconds, she lets the whole neighborhood know :p |
Poor Teddy, I bet he was happy to see your dad. My two would make too much noise if we locked them in a room... However, one of my cats has spent two days locked in the spare bedroom until we finally found him. He didn't make a peep! lol |

awww glad it wasn't too long. |
Awww poor Teddy. Rosie said to give him a hug from her. It will make him feel better! :) |
Poor Teddy! Good thing today is Dad's laundry day! Yoshi & Momo send puppy hugs & kisses :p |
Poor Teddy. I wonder if he snuggled up in a clothes basket and took a little nap? And then just popped up when somebody came in. Hehehe. |
oh no... we have left a dog in the back yard or garage or laundry room from time to time. They let us know faily fast:) |
Poor Teddy. No harm done, and bet your dad felt worse than Teddy. I have closed mine in the walk-in closet, the screen porch, my bedroom even the bathroom. After a few minuets I missed them. When I called them they barked to let me know where they were. Mine don't get stressed about being gated in a room. Only Gracie would be frightened or complain right away. She does bark, cry, and throw a temper tantrum, if I gate her away from me. Sometimes when working with one dog the others need to be out of sight. She hates that. Teddy is a pretty secure little guy, he probably thought, yahoo lots of things to smell in here. |
Awww, poor little guy! I bet he found comfort in playing with the laundry though. :) |
I couldnt find Huey one day and finally found him in the walk in closet. He wasnt making any noise because he was in shoe heaven...he was upset only when I made him come back out! |
Poor Teddy!! I bet he was asleep in there :p I have shut Jada up in the spare bedroom, out on the screen porch etc..she follows me everywhere, but has a tendency to want to explore. Bogie on the other hand, will stay right on my heels. I don't think he has ever been shut up anywhere :D |
did he do your Laundry?? LOl |
Teddy sends his thanks for all of the sympathy. I'm sure he did curl up in the laundry in the shallow baskets on the floor. Max was probably more upset than Teddy. Quote:

Poor Teddy!! I'm surprised Max didn't make a peep! Occasionally, Sophia or Brody get left in a room. The one in the room doesn't make noise, but the other one runs up to the door and paws at it! Fortunately, that means they're only left alone for a few seconds. :p |
Ahh ha ha, Teddy...always the adventurous one! :yelrotflm He was probably enjoying a relaxing Sunday watching over his grandpa's laundry. :D |
My Dexter gets locked in rooms by himself all the time. LOL One time I couldn't find him anywhere, but I could hear him and Fletcher was glued to my leg all worried and upset so I knew I must have accidentally locked Dexter in some room. I found him behind, not 1 but 2 shut doors! LOL I had shut him in the bathroom closet, he must have went in there when I put the towels from the laundry away. LOL Little stinker he is, but I always know when hes missing because Fletcher gets so upset and glues himself to my leg. |
Awww, poor Teddy! Mandie follows me quietly into the laundry room every time. I agree, must be something about the smell of laundry. I've shut the door with her in there several times, but she always makes sure I hear about it! lol |
