See..this is why I always tell people to bug the crap out of them and call for updates whenever you want. Some vet offices are great and some even let you stay with your little until the time. Then some just don't think to call (like mine did..I changed vets since then).
They were suppose to let me know when she came out of surgery. I wish I would have stayed and waited with her! The ended up with 3 c-sections, 2 spays, along with their regular appointments. Crazy!!!!

Thank you to this wonderful community of caring people! Teeka is home resting in my lap. I can tell she is uncomfortable as she keeps moving to new positions. She did lick a small amount of ice. I have pain meds to give her for the next few days to keep her comfortable. Staples come out in a week to ten days. :) Bless all of you for the prayers that brought her through her surgery with flying colors! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I am so happy to hear Teeka is back home with her Mom!! Praying for her to heal quickly.

I am glad she made it home! Mine are going in tomorrow and I am so nervous!! Hoping your baby makes a speedy recovery.

Update on Teeka......she had a rough night! Up twice to potty, very restless and uncomfortable. I fed her a little food & water with her pain medicine, this morning and she has kept it down. :) Tiny meals all day for this little one. She weighted 3.6 lbs before surgery. After more than a day of no food or water, she is so bony and has no tummy. I weighted her this morning and she lost 4 ounces! Any suggestions?
