And then there were worms... So, over the last week and a half to 2 weeks, our little neck of the woods has had around a foot of rain. This has led to flash flooding..slow flooding..new ponds where there were none..and, aparently, concrete swimming pools being FORCED up out of the ground!! Well, this morning..on a bright sunshiney day in Alabama..I took my two pups outside to do their business. After going back in and letting Mandie play with her Chi cousin, Gil..I notice they both keep going at something around her chest area. I pick her up and feel around her neck and chest and I feel something damp and gooey balled up in her hair. I pull it out and it is a little tiny earth worm!! I told my Mom about it and she just says, "Yeah..when it rains a lot, the worms come out." LOL!!!! |
OMG  I bet you didn't know what to think. I probably would've screamed. lol |
yuck. good thing you found it before they could well do whatever with it. |
As long as the dead haven't started walking..... |
Yuck  You're a much braver person than me. :bravo: I would've had to shaken Yazmin to make the worm fall off! :D |
Nobody loves me, everybody hates me, think I'll go and eat worms. Big, big fat ones, wee, wee skinny ones, see how they wriggle and squirm. |
hehe! I guess I'm dumb too cuz I couldn't even tell what it was I was pulling out..I just felt it and pulled. |
Oh my! I hate those worms! Yucky! |
Eeewww! Could've become a little protein snack! :D:p |
