I can't believe they groomed without asking you first! But either way, Clyde is too cute! :)

Thats weird that they cut his hair but I think any haircut would make him look cute:D

I have mentioned this before, find a smaller owner operator groomer, that's what I do and I go at the end of the day, I bathe Lola at home first, then I sit there next to her and approve ever snip she makes on Lola. Lola is a mix so there is not really a standard cut for her so I like to be in on it. I have read so many horror stories on her about grooming I don't think I will ever do it another way.

On the other hand I am guilty of grooming my sisters yorkie without her permission. I can cut and shape the face hair pretty good. My sisters yorkie as a dark face and she has chopped away at the bang area, but left the side of the face long and stringy. she left her at my mothers over Christmas when I was visiting, I could not resist shaping her face up, now LOL my sister waits for my visit to trim Lucy up. But LOL you bettern not do that to my dog:D:D

The very 1st time I ever took Huey to a groomer, I was told to be there at a certain time and I was. Little did I know they wanted me to leave him and pick him up that afternoon. Since this was my 1st grooming experience, I did as I was told. (Last dog was lab...no groomer there). I expressly told them DO NOT trim or tip his ears. He was just a pup and ears were still flopped, but I had seen his littermate after grooming with tipped ears and hated the look. Needless to say, when I picked him up that afternoon, his ears were tipped. When I complained, I was told that was the breed standard and to get used to it. (My dog is a half breed mutt...lol...there is no breed standard!:lol tears ...ok, a "designer dog"...whatever...) Obviously, I never went back there and have never left him anywhere again. If someone groomed my dog without my express permission and/or failed to follow my explicit instructions, I would seriously pitch a fit (to put it nicely) Obtw, his ears have never been trimmed since.:D

Huey is cute boy, you say he is mix, so is Lola she is half pom, what is Huey mixed with his looks so much like a full yorkie.

9 lb Silky mom, 6 lb yorkie dad. Thank you, I think he's a pretty good looking fella myself. ;)
